Size & installation was fine but the tap & the water gauge both leak & when the tap is screwed in tightly it’s upside down. I had to use liquid PTFE to stop the leaking.
Also, the thread for the overflow is not long enough. It is only a few mm wider than the plastic, so it is impossible to screw the back nut on because there’s nothing for it to bite onto. For over £300 with accessories I expect a better product.
My order was processed quickly and the filter is working well. What would have made the order even better would have been a longer more flexible hose with two hose clamps.
This is working well as a way to prevent roof moss from entering my soakaway
The bowl arrived with a slight bit of damage during transit. They immediately gave me a refund of the delivery charge. The staff were extremely helpful in their advise when I contacted them by phone to ask some questions. We have yet to instal the bowl but it looks very suitable for our purpose.

Being the slimline butt, it locates to the wall very nicely.
I needed this at relatively short notice, it was 2 weeks to make and ship which was excellent.
It's perfect for what I need, I've attached it to 300m of mdpe pipe to provide water for our horses.
The tank seems well built although as someone has already pointed out it bulges in the middle when full, as it is thanks to welcome rain. The promised washers were not included but my well stocked workshop remedied this. I am not sure what the 'large versatile planting bowl' is and whether I should have one.
I've had these for many years and they keep the water in the butts fresh. I would suggest that you should also use a mesh to keep out as much debris as possible. The packaging says it's safe for horses to drink. I've yet to have a horse visit so I can ask it.
I have now installed two Prestige 250 slimline water butts. They both work very well behind our garden sheds. Installation was straightforward. One small problem was the brass tap (provided) ended upside down in the threaded hole no matter how much PTFE or washers I included. I eventually installed a plastic tap with washers which seems to be working
The terracotta colour pots look great! They will add quality and class to any garden!

It's a basic bit of kit, but it is easy to fit and functions as intended. It leaked at first where the hose attaches to the elbow, but an extra turn of the supplied clamp fixed that.
I purchased one of these to handle rainwater from a shed with no nearby drainage.
The material is excellent quality and reassuring when compared to the relative flexibility of the other domestic waterbutts available in most stores. The five pre-inserted BSP threads are very useful and offer a range of different uses.
After a recent August deluge during a drought, the butt was filled to the brim within 60 minutes. I did not hesitate to purchase another to increase our stormwater buffer.
In these hot days and tough conditions for wild life, I decided when having to move my first bowl for scaffolding and roof repairs to purchase two more! The first gave me such pleasure both in the plants that established and the water creatures that were happy in it , that I have found room for the others. It is tough and so far resilient to winter and summer rigours, light and stylish. It is also not expensive! Thank you so much!
Bought the bowl,grid and mains pump to replace our cheapo knock up from aldi.
Came fast on delivery.
Used pebbles and cobbles,some rgb solar lights from amazon,the budda was the wife's input lol.
Nice and relaxing using the bell fountain.
Build came in at £250 not cheap,but quite a big feature.

Bought as essential add-on to go with the BUFF coloured 100l slimline wall-hung butt attaching to our WHITE rwp. Only colour on offer was GREY.
Now asked to review product and hey - there is a white one!. Disappointing.
Love the bowl, good size, excellent value for money, /i went with Washed Terracotta and really pleased, will look for small fountain next
Butt is excellent. However, website is confusing and the instructions specific in places but omitting vital information - as if they have never tried to follow them themselves. Had to go back and buy a separate leaf filter kit (only available in grey and which states it only fits the larger side hole but actally includes a reducer in the pack). Cutting the existing pipe is a matter of careful measurement/guesswork. Leaving the bottom fixings loose to push the top into the wall to get the top fixings to bite... the next one will be much easier.
I was looking for a water butt to position at the front of my property that wasn't too big and didn't look cheap and nasty, so this wall mounted butt seemed to tick all the boxes.
Granted, it's a lot more expensive than the typical ones you get from the DIY stores and garden centres, but it's solid and harder wearing than those, and it also has a proper tap.
Delivery was quick, but I felt the instructions could have been a little more helpful... maybe a YouTube video on how to mount it would be useful?
Mine did arrive without the overflow hole having been drilled at source, and in their defence, Freeflush did offer to collect it and sort it out for me. However, I decided to take care of it myself so as to not delay my weekend of planned DIY.
Now, all I need is for it to start raining again to fill it up!
With no rain the water butt remains empty! However it fits well against the wall although it needs to be raised to give enough space for a watering can.
