Great product but only got a email to confirm purchase and then nothing for nearly 2 week's and then a email to say it was despatched. After the first week I was beginning to think I had been scammed .
Fast service arrived intact appears good quality and easy to fit considering it's size working well.
I’ve put plastic plants in the top and it looks great. We have attached it to the down pipe and it is now full. I love it.
I've spent ages trying to find a pot that was big enough without requiring a second mortgage. The 250 litre Prestige pot is exactly what I was looking for. I asked for a hole in the bottom and it was all delivered on time. Great product, good service. Thank you.
Nice quality, solid extension hose, which enabled me to place my water butt in a more suitable location.
Vey happy with this purchase. The product arrived in perfect condition without any delay even when considering the bank holiday. It is very sturdy and allows me to make use of an area of the garden that couldn't have any plants in due to left over rubble.
Arrived just 2 days after ordered, good piece of kit and cheaper than alternatives. Connections fit well, now installed and awaiting rain to test
Some pictures of this item on the website seemed to suggest this item could be used for a small pond - well in actual fact the sides slope too much and pond plants in pots cannot be placed properly as they just fall over so it is not fit for a wildlife pond if you want to have several pond plants - one in the middle would be all you can reasonably do. What I did not expect was for this bowl to bow out of shape once filled with water - so after ages setting it up level it has still ended up looking a mess. The water has also gone like pea soup and looks vile but that's not the fault of the product, just the algae build up in the hot weather we have been having. But I do think a cross section diagram showing the correct profile would have been helpful in my making a choice for a wildlife pond. But it still should not have bowed. Bit of a disaster all in all. Would not recommend.

We've had 2 of these before, so it was an obvious choice at our new house when we wanted a water butt that was in full view at the front of the property. Easy to install, good capacity and with an improved brass tap now.... Very pleased.

For the price I expected premium quality. Instead, for example, there are visible scratches and poorly formed weld seams which mar the appearance of this water tank . One of the plug holes in the planter has not been cut accurately, distorting the plug. In my view it is not worth the price.
Ordered and received two of these. One had previously been undone as the tap was separate and one of the rawl plugs and screws was missing. I immediately contacted Freeflush and they sent a replacement which I received two days later. The butts themselves were relatively easy to fit as the instructions were easy to follow and contained all necessary information. As long as the correct size bit is used to the correct depth then the fixings are very secure. Since fitting there has been quite a lot of rain and both are now nearly full and without any leaks. I fully recommend these.
Purchased this silt trap and now installed. Seems well made and should do the job. Fast delivery and sales and aftersales service were excellent. would not hesitate in using Freeflush again.
I have the granite (white) finish and was very pleased how sturdy it is plus the brass tap is high quality.
It was just a bit annoying that the hole for a square downpipe is 40mm from the wall whereas a standard pipe bracket has the downpipe at 32mm from the wall. So I needed to take off the brackets and pack them out.
A well designed product that's let down by a few shortcuts.
The main issue is that the included fixings are junk. The plugs are almost useless and the screws barely have any bite to them. For the sake of an extra £2 of parts they should really include some better quality fixings.
The 'prestige' plaque on the front also isn't a plaque, it's a printed sticker which, ironically given the same, is far from prestige. Again saving less than a pound in materials.
At least the tap is nice quality, even if the receiving bolt hasn't been aligned properly for it to screw tight while being straight.
Some of these things would be forgiveable if it wasn't a very expensive item.
So overall a good product that's been hampered slightly by unnecessary corner-cutting.
Great design and ideal for restricted area. Also liked the idea of no specific diverter in the down pipe, keeps it simple.
I am over the moon with this water feature. I’ve put some plants in and just need to find some extra large cobbles to complete it. It is solid, not flimsy at all and very attractive. I’m sure it will last for many years. Super fast delivery.
I spent a long time looking for a water bowl but they were all made of materials that were heavy, and I needed to be able to handle it by myself. Then I found this one which is very light. It's a lovely shape and looks good filled with water. It will soon look even better when my new pond plants grow a bit more.
A very good design and system with the added feature of the filter. Very efficient system. My only gripe is that the connecting hose was so rigid that I had to purchase a flexible hose so that I could fit the water but in the position required.
I have recently purchased the 100lt 'Manhattan Twist' water but. It was delivered in a very fast time and was easy to install. My only minor complaint is that the brass tap screw(hose end) will not accept the universal (puse on) hose attachement as the thread is not the correct circumference. Can I suggest that the manufacuturers examine this.
Correct advice given about pipe measurements unlike another big company, therefore I purchased from Freeflush
So happy with my new water butt. The instructions for connecting to the downpipe aren't relevant for the style of butt, but we will make it work.
