Returns & Refunds
If you no longer require your product or have changed your mind, you may return it to us in its original condition and packaging within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. For your protection and peace of mind, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for returns. Your statutory rights will not be affected.
The refund will be made within two weeks of receiving the returned goods using the original method of payment. The goods must be returned in their original condition. Please send an email with your order number to sales@freeflush. co.uk with details of your return and await acknowledgement. In some cases a Return Management number will be generated. A refund takes up to 10 business days to be credited back to you and will depend on the original method of payment.
IMPORTANT: Returning the goods is at your own expense and is non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or damaged when you received it). If the item is refused on delivery the outgoing delivery along with the return delivery will be chargeable. The return delivery charge is not typically the same as the outgoing delivery and should be checked at the time of refusing a delivery.
If items or packaging have been used/removed/unboxed/altered we reserve the right to apply a re-stocking fee (25%) and this will be deducted from the refund.
Typically small items in original packaging do not incur a fee. Large orders which have been unpacked and removed from the pallet/box usually incur a re stocking fee.
We do not accept claims where the shade of colour shown on the marketing images do not appear to match a customer image. Marketing images are typically taken in studio light with professional devices. Customer images are typically taken in natural light (& shade) with standard devices. Likewise the display media (phone, tablet, PC) and display settings (brightness, contrast etc.) will have a further impact on how an image is displayed and appears to the end user.
We can not accept returns on the following:
- Items which have been damaged after delivery due to misuse or misadventure.
We do not accept returns on the following unless there is a fault with the item:
- lengths of hose/ which have been cut to customer requirements
- made to order (bespoke) items.
We do not accept returns on the following:
- B grade items (where the item is advertised as such)
We cannot accept orders which are flagged as fraudulent. Such orders will be cancelled and refunded.
